Description

The gastronomic experience with Chef Rose Braga is an invitation to immerse yourself in Afro-Indigenous flavors. An international chef, she translates into her dishes the strength of ancestry, the memory of African and Indigenous peoples, and the richness of food traditions passed down through generations. More than a culinary experience, this is an encounter with living narratives, with the purpose of valuing traditional knowledge, ancestral techniques, and the power of cuisine as a cultural, emotional, and political expression.

The experience takes place in the first and only Hippie Village in Brazil, located on the Coconut Coast, at Arembepe Beach. This experience offers guests a sensory journey that connects flavor, memory, and cultural awareness, strengthening the recognition of Afro-Indigenous roots in the formation of Brazilian gastronomy.
