The “Flavors of the Recôncavo” gastronomic experience, led by Chef Mannu Bombom, is a sensory invitation to the richness of Afro-Bahian cuisine and the traditions that shape Bahia’s cultural identity. Recognized for her ability to translate the essence of the Recôncavo into signature dishes, the chef creates experiences that go far beyond the act of eating. Each creation is conceived as a living story, where ingredients, colors, aromas, and ancestral techniques come together to reveal memories, belonging, and knowledge passed down through generations.
The proposal values gastronomy as cultural heritage and as a tool for recognizing the roots that structure Bahia’s food culture.
